The New Mako II Skates continue to evolve explosive skating with new design enhancements to the composite boot form reinforcing it with carbon, and more responsive tongue, and upgraded ankle padding and the introduction of moisture management with ORTHOLITE footbeds.

The Mako II skates have a aggressive blade pitch that allows you to get over the front of the skate and drive more force into the ice. With the Asymmetrical patterns this lets the skate fall in line with direction of travel to generate speed and power though cornering. The Active Extendon guard and deep contouring design gives the mako's unique skating system for unrestricted natural movement. The Mako II skates have a hydrophobic lining works with drainage system, also new to the Mako II skates is the multi-density with injected metatarsal protection in the tongue and a new multi-density ORTHOLITE footbed.
